A break-in at a Bahrain diplomat's home uncovers a maid being held captive. The Hassani's plead immunity, which Elizabeth's rejects due to their low ranking. Meanwhile Henry's father visits, which has Henry on edge but Elizabeth is pleased since Stevie is coming home. The Hassani's try to sneak out of the United States and Elizabeth has them arrested. Bahrain sends Crown Prince Youslf to negotiate their release, which worries Elizabeth's team, although she seems unconcerned. She and Prince Yousf went to boarding school together and are good friends. He philosophically agrees with Elizabeth, but his father promoted the Hassani's to a higher rank, which is autmotically covered by immunity. She invites him to dinner, which Pat helps turn into a shouting match by bringing up the Bahrain situation. Elizabeth tries again to get Yousf to follow his conscience. To her surprise, he changes his mind and announces on TV that the Hassani's will be tried in Bahrain for their crimes. Someone in the audience shoots and kills Yousf.
