Juliet spies on her family as they eat dinner. Elizabeth has a hard time talking about her in therapy. She feels betrayed but also cannot reconcile what she did to their friend, George. The FBI meets with Juliet's husband, Aiden, weekly to question him about her whereabouts. Elizabeth is called to the Situation Room. They have found Juliet hiding in Algeria. President Dalton approved a drone strike to kill her. After a little hesitation, Elizabeth agrees. Iranian President Shiraz is arriving in two days to sign the peace treaty between the US and Iran. While back in Iran, they plan to stone a man to death for being gay. Elizabeth has her team look into posponing the stoning and getting the Human Rights Campaign to not protest. The Algerian government refuses to allow the drone strike and insists on ground action, which Elizabeth agrees to, much to Russell Jackson's anger. She admits later to Henry that she doesn't want Juliet to die. Jay tries to convince HRC to cancel or move their protest because it doesn't look good. They refuse. Jay comes up with a prisoner swap to get Iran to cancel the stoning. Will they find Juliet in Algeria or is she setting them up? Will Elizabeth be able to get Iran to cancel the stoning?
