Elizabeth is put on the case of finding out who planned a uranium heist and where it's being held. She gets her team on the case and they are able to figure out what the uranium is being held. Elizabeth brings this information to President Dalton who puts together a team to retrieve the uranium. Unfortunately they aren't able to figure out who was going to buy the uranium, but they don't put much stock into it because they assaume the people have already gone underground. Meanwhile, Elizabeth is also tasked with trying to get two American girls from Ohio back from Saudi Arabia after they left to join a terrorist group. Elizabeth lays into the Prince of Saudi Arabia and asks him to release the girls. After some incriminating evidence is layed out the Prince agrees to give them back. Jay reveals to Elizabeth that the same terrorist group the girls were joining were also the ones who were going to buy the uranium. Elizabeth is able to put two and two together and figures out they were planning an attack on a woman named Nora who was in the middle of a speaking engagement.
