Bill and Virginia continue working separately with their new partners, Nancy and Art. Bill and Nancy work with a couple where the wife wants her husband to be rougher during sex. Libby meets a flirtatious man named Bram Keller. Unbeknownst to her, he will be acting as Bill's attorney. When Libby discovers who he is, she is outraged when he asks her to be a character witness for Bill's trial.
