We take a trip to the past to learn more about Whiterose. He wanted to move to the U.S. with the love of his life to be themselves. 

But the love of his life kills himself when his parents try to force him into an arranged marriage. 

Whiterose tells his associate to let Price leave E Corp and that Tyrell can be the replacement. This does not sit well with the female associate but Whiterose says that the best course of action is to move up the Deus meeting. 

Elliot and Darlene fight over the best foot forward, and Elliot goes off on a plan of his own to get to the Deus account. 

To do that, he manipulates a woman named Olivia into getting close to him. His aim is to get her one-time key so that he can hack it. 

But he winds up having sex with the woman and catching some feelings. 

Vera continues his pursuit of Elliot because he wants to partner with him to make some waves in the drug world. 

Elliot and Mr. Robot return home to find Tyrell in their apartment and he says he's been promoted and that they can take Whiterose down. 

Elliot worries because they are being listened to.
