Piper tries to find a way to apologize to Red, the prison chef, and discovers the reason for her incarceration along the way.

Larry shows up for a visit, but they keep him waiting so the visit is very short.

Larry can buy Piper food in the vending machine, but it's out of order. Piper thinks it's part of Red's conspiracy.

Piper confronts Red and wimps out.

Piper decides to use her knowledge of beauty products to come up with a plan, which she was driven to by recalling a master cleanse she did with Larry.

Alex slips Piper some corn bread, but she tosses it in the trash.

Red is in prison because of something she did in relation to a mean woman she pushed puncturing her fake breast. The woman was married to a mobster.

Piper makes Red a homemade cream to ease her sore back and she is rewarded by getting food again. Alex is not allowed food because she helped Piper.

The inmates have a movie night.

Piper thinks she makes a friend in Crazy Eyes, but soon discovers she wants a little more than that.
