Recap

When the Parks and Recreation department decides to privatize their concession stands, they decide to let a local company, Sweetums pitch them.  Leslie and company watch a commercial about new health bars by the company and everyone seems sold, especially Ron.  When Ron ends up drinking too much at the party, Leslie refuses to let him drive home until he sobers up according to her chart, angering the man.   The next day at the office, everyone is enjoying Sweetums new energy bar and are bouncing around off their sugar rush until Ann comes in and  reads the nutrition facts.  She discovers how terrible they are for you, Ann and Leslie make it their mission to to stop Sweetums from taking over.  Unfortunately, Ron, angered at Leslie, and in quite in bed with Sweetums keeps pushing.  The helpful commercial and sales pitch of Sweetums doesn't hurt either.  At the town hall meeting, Sweetums gets the contract despie Anne and Leslie's best efforts.  In the end, Ron apologizes to Leslie.

Meanwhile, Tom has to move out of his apartment he shared with Wendy and makes Mark, his truck, and a bunch of people from the office help him.  After they finish packing everything up, Tom finds out he can't move in to his apartment for a few days.  Refusing to unpack after telling Wendy he was moving, the gang unpacks his stuff at the Parks office.
