Malcolm shares with Ainsley that Eve broke up with him weeks ago. He plays th4 voicemail while they're waiting for Jessica to come down for breakfast. Nicholas shows up instead to make his presence known and leaves letting them know he has been with Jessica.

Gil calls him in and tells him that Eve is dead. They claim it's a suicide. Malcolm doesn't believe it and investigates.

They find out that a hired assassin killed her. They track down someone using a source of Gil's. Malcolm puts on a show to save the next victim. They speak to the killer when they find her.

Martin and endicott made a deal and that's how he got that cushy room. The real Asian is subbing for Mr. David and tried to kill martin. Martin gouged his eyes out when the team comes to save him.

Ainsley looks into endicott.

Jessica is upset that she has bad taste in men and she and Gil talk. They had a meaning moment and apparently almost were a couple in the past. They walk down memory lane and kiss.

Malcolm is not happy about endicott going free. He visits Eddie. SWAT and the team come to his house. They want him for murdering Eddie.
