Teresa moves her business to New Orleans, Louisiana, USA where she plans to not only run the drug cartel, but buy real estate and own legitimate businesses. She even offers to buy Pote his own restaurant. 

Teresa considers trying to contact James but no one has heard from him.

Castel shows up unexpectedly. She's pulled some strings so that Teresa is no longer wanted for the murder of Epifanio Vargas. 

Castel says a small group of Colombian farmers are cutting into her business. She thinks they're working for Teresa, but Teresa asures her that's not the case. 

Teresa is opening a high end bar with Javiar as her manager. She has to pay off the official to get her liquor license approved, even when the guy continually throws racist insults at Javiar. Later, Judge Cecil Lafayette has the police pick up Teresa and bring her to him at his greenhouse. He demands another $10,000 or her liquor license won't go through. When she hesitates, he tells her that his roses really thrive on human blood and says she has two days to pay him. 

When the latest shipment of drugs arrives in Phoenix, it's short five kilos. Teresa suspects Boaz of skimming from her, but he denies it. He says if someone on his end is stealing, he'll take a blow torch and go house to house to find them. Teresa tells him he can't torture innocent people under her watch. He does it anyway and when he finds the thief, he kills him. 

El Gordo, a crazy drug kingpin in New Orleans, refuses to work with Teresa, but she finds out his latest shipment is coming in tonight and has her men hijack his shipment. 

Later, she goes back to El Gordo with Pote and unarmed. When he threatens to kill her, she shows him how she's moving her product, in the form of alcohol and offers him 50% off his first shipment. He accepts, but says he needs a shipment in Miami in 48 hours.

Teresa has a new boyfriend, a man named Eddie who is teaching her to play the piano.

Teresa gets Pote his own home, older with a lot of character and a huge kitchen. He is in awe. She says he deserves and they are family. New Orleans will be a new start for them.
