Hanover orders hot and cold treatment for both women, but Huck breaks the machine because he is scared about the ramifications of it. 

Ratched tells Hanover that she knows the truth about why he is in town and asks for answers. 

Ratched plays of the men at their own games, and in the end, she turns Charles over. 

She puts him in the hot and cold bath but when he escapes, he is killed. 

Gwendolyn follows over to the hospital and is caught in the crossfire, with Ratched offering a date.
