The Devil sends Sam to do some plumbing work for a woman named Mimi that Sam discovers is actually the Devil's girlfriend.  Mimi thinks the Devil is actually a playboy businessman named Jerry, who refuses to settle down.  In addition to his plumbing duties, Sam needs to capture a soul that uses the ashes from the bodies he cremated to kill.  Sam must capture him with a Hairdryer as his vessel.  Sam meets Mimi's daughter Cady, who he is very attracted to but nervous she may be the Devil's daughter. 

Meanwhile, Ben is too embarrassed to introduce Sam and Sock to his family for fear his grandmother will force his whole family to isolate him when they do something stupid.  In the end, Sam, Sock and Ben end up gaining Ben's grandmother's respect for doing God's work.
