Kara loses her sight and asks Leo for help, feeding into Emma's jealously once again. Leo makes it clear that he chooses Emma and it's up to her to make a decision. Emma makes a speadsheet trying to decide between the two when Dash points out that this should be more fun. This should be about who she likes. Emma confesses she doesn't understand why they like her when she doesn't really like herself. Later on, Jordi and Leo fight and Jordi punches Leo. Emma then admits that even though it terrifies her, Leo has always been the one for her. Angry, Jordi wants to be alone. When Dash tries to help, Jordi rips off his red band and stalks off.

Kara gets a pacemaker and runs into another patient, Hunter who does nothing but mess with her whenever they cross paths.

Dr. McAndrews is upset when he thinks Nurse Jackson has made an end run around him to his ex, Dr. Grace to get a specialist in for Charlie.
