After Betty's parents found her undressing, Alice starts a phone call chain between the parents. By the morning, everyone knew a story of what happened between Betty and Alice.

Uncle Frank tells Archie to focus on his basketball and stay away from Betty for the time being.

Alice tells Betty that she will be a cast member on Hal's dance show, Riverdale Grandstand. Alice tells Betty to stay away from Archie.

Veronica's parents cut her off because of her helping Betty. Her parents force Veronica to get an after-school job at the Babylonium.

Sheriff Keller finds a muscle magazine in Kevin's room. He starts getting suspicious of Kevin and he doesn't like what's going on.

Principal Featherhead and Dr. Werthers chastise Jughead for him writing the horror comics. Principal Featherhead gives him an ultimatum: Jughead must sign a letter agreeing to never write horror comics or else he'll potentially get expelled.

Both Betty and Archie get differing responses when they enter their classes: Betty is scandalized while Archie gets cheered on. Cheryl is happy to be on Riverdale Grandstand; Betty thinks Veronica should join, but Veronica is focused on her new after-school job.

Kevin is forced to join the basketball team. Julian makes a homophobic remark to Archie about Kevin.

Veronica meets her new boss, Mr. Lumley. Clay works the projector at the Babylonium.

The kids are dancing at Riverdale Grandstand. Cheryl encourages Betty to dance with Dilton Doily.

Frank thinks Kevin is confused; he wants to straighten Kevin out. Archie invites Kevin to shoot baskets during lunch.

Mr. Rayberry comes by Pep Comics to cash his paycheque. Jughead tells him that he dropped out of Riverdale High because of the mess.

Kevin tells Archie that he just wants to be normal.

Jughead apologizes to Mr. Rayberry for reading his novel. Mr. Rayberry tells Jughead that he should go back to high school.; he wants to learn more about Dr. Werthers.

Julian and the basketball team cheer on one of the team members for hooking up with someone. Julian says he lost his v-card to Twyla Twist. After some teasing, Kevin says he'd be down to meet up with Twyla.

Clay tells Veronica that he wants to study film at university. Veronica has dreams of being near cameras; Clay thinks she could run a studio one day.

Mr. Lumley tells Veronica that the drive-in and television have dried up business at the Babylonium. Veronica comes up with the idea to hold a commercial during Riverdale Grandstand to promote the Babylonium.

Cheryl, Julian, and Penelope host a commercial for the maple syrup business.

Betty agrees to dance with Troy during Riverdale Grandstand. Troy asks her to go to the river and do a striptease. Betty pushes him away and slaps him.

Alice chastises Betty for her slapping Troy; she says she'll make all the boys not dance with her on the show.

Jughead doesn't want to give up writing. Mr. Rayberry thinks Jughead should have a penname for writing so that he won't get in trouble; he thinks Jughead should write peppier comics and continue writing horror in secret.

Kevin is upset that he has to prove himself and go to Twyla. Archie admits he's a virgin too.

Jughead signs the agreement, but he and Mr. Rayberry make the case that Jughead should continue writing. Mr. Rayberry threatens to escalate the issue to the Supreme Court if Dr. Werthers interferes in Jughead's writing again.

Kevin visits Twyla Twist, but he looks uncomfortable. Meanwhile, Archie tells Betty the truth about where Kevin is.

Archie arrives in time to take Kevin away; Kevin didn't hook up with Twyla. Kevin was crying on the bed. Archie agrees to lie for Kevin and make everyone believe Kevin hooked up with Twyla.

Veronica shows her Babylonium commercial to Mr. Lumley; he loved it. Mr. Lumley reveals that he's selling the Babylonium to Veronica's parents; their plans are to turn the Babylonium into a parking lot.

Mr. Rayberry agrees to be Jughead's mentor. Mr. Rayberry thinks it's time to publish his manuscript.

Sheriff Keller reveals he knows the truth about what didn't happen between Kevin and Twyla. He was the one who suggested to Julian to push the Twyla hookup.

Kevin is no longer on the basketball team. Archie isn't happy to hear Uncle Frank's dismissal of Kevin.

Veronica offers a deal to Mr. Lumley to trade her rare and expensive painting for the ownership of the Babylonium.

Betty comforts Archie after what happened to Kevin. Cheryl invites Archie to join on Riverdale Grandstand for a special anniversary show (the 50th episode).

During Riverdale Grandstand, Alice sticks her tongue out at Betty. The girls perform the hot dance craze: the "twirl." Betty starts dancing and does the same move to lift up her skirt and reveal her underwear.

Betty finally gets Alice to remove her from Riverdale Grandstand.

Archie asks Kevin and Clay to join him to talk movie stars, poetry, and other non-sports things.

Everyone stares at Betty as she walks down the hallway. Betty is forced into a therapy session with Dr. Werthers.

A milkman arrives at Mr. Rayberry's apartment late at night.
