Liz performs tests on Max, but is shocked when he breaks her machine. Isobel shows up and is determined to find out what is going on. 

Liz then goes on a mission to find out more about her sister's death, and it puts her on a path of danger when Isobel enters her mind. 

Liz later finds a love letter seemingly to Rosa apparently from Max. When Max is confronted, he tells Liz that it was for her and Rosa intercepted it. 

Kyle does digging into Max's past and finds himself in danger when Jesse tries to get more answers from him. 

Michael and Alex then had some more hurdles in their relationship right after it emerged that Michael was up to something. 

Jesse warned his son to stay away from the alien ... or else.
