Max, Isobel, and Michael save Kyle, Eduardo, and Heath from death, with Liz helping pull them to safety.

Liz deduces they have 9 hours before Max and Jones will be completely untethered. But the DNA will re-brand; therefore, they need to stick something into Jones that will give them a window to keep the DNA from re-branding so Jones can be defeated.

Isobel, Maria, and Rosa work on putting Isobel’s sword back together, eventually succeeding by using Maria and Isobel’s blood and petals from Maria’s bracelet to do so.

Michael and Max both decide they need to have the hard conversations with Liz and Alex as they prepare to battle Jones.

Eduardo attempts to kill Jones.

With Max chained up at the radio tower, they turn on the Valenti radio frequency, which switches Max and Jones. They then find out that Jones used the Lockhart machine to call a vessel.

After bats descend upon the tower, Jones gets free, and he and Max continue to switch places before Max comes to the radio tower. Not knowing who is Jones and who is Max, Liz holds them both at gunpoint and asks them a series of questions.

After deducing which one is Max, Liz shoots Jones, and then Max stabs him, killing him.

Kyle gives Rosa papers officially making her Rosalinda, as well as gifting her a trip to New York City.

Michael and Alex go on their first official date, while Liz and Max officially get back together.

In Mexico, a naked woman arrives at a house saying Liz’s name and is brought to a woman who used to be Liz’s teacher.
