Olivia tells Rowan that everything she allows him to do is a privilege and sent him to send Fitz back to Vermont. Fitz declined and revealed everything to Mellie. 

Rashad’s niece was taken out of school and sent to QPA to lie low until something was sorted out to allow her and her uncle to return home. 

They incinerate her computer, and mobile, and she flips out. Charlie lets her use his phone, and she sends someone her location and bails. 

Olivia manipulates Curtis into playing nice with Rashad on TV. Curtis invites him onto the show and despite some initial issues, they put their differences aside. 

Huck finds Yasmeen, and she brings her girlfriend back with her to QPA. She asks if they can run away and be allowed to start over, but Quinn is not having it. 

Olivia went to Fitz when Glaskland talked Cy out of giving the go ahead to go to war. Fitz said that he would not be leaving until Fitz got her white had back on. 

Olivia visits Quinn and Quinn opines that she never asked Maxine what she wanted. This made Olivia think about what Mellie would want to do. 

Mellie said she wanted the war, and that Olivia was to find a way to make it happen but keep her out of it. 

Olivia got rid of Fitz, but the big twist came when Yasmeen and Rashad got on the plane to Turkey and it exploded.
