Ichabod and Abbie investigate when a young boy turns up in Sleepy Hollow.

The boy was lead there by a young girl who disappeared into the woods and then chased by one of the Horsemen.

Abbie and Ichabod decide to stay at Corbin's cabin.

Ichabod asks Abbie if he looks out of place in modern times.

The young boy is speaking Middle English.

The boy is from Roanoke. Abbie skipped history class and was unaware of the lost colony class.

Ichabod doesn't like being teased by Abbie, and he teases her back.

Abbie and Ichabod discover the lost colony of Roanoke.

The Horseman Pestilence infected Roanoke and the only way to survive was to hide in their mysterious location.

If they get the boy back to Roanoke, all will be cured.

Ichabod is infected and enters into a discussion with Katarina about her soul.

Abbie prays and believes that if the infected go to Roanoke and are baptized with the spring water on the island, they will be cured.

Captain Irving arranges for Abbie to take Thomas and Ichabod to the island.

When they applied the cure to Thomas, he returned to death and all of the people in town were cured.
