Cavill turns the train over to Layton and prepares for life as an engineer.
Layton and Miles mourn Josie.
The representatives of the train's guilds and populations meet with Layton who informs them they will be setting up a representative government. Ruth is unconvinced.
Melanie goes to Audrey to process the loss of her daughter, left behind when Snowpiercer departed.
Javi becomes obsessed with tracking down the source of a signal broadcasting music over the radio. Bennett notices something and cuts the satellite feed.
LJ discovers that Pike has set himself up in her carriage but when she tries to get him and his friends to leave, he kicks her out instead.
Jinju and Till break up.
Cavill and Ruth have words.
Javi tells Cavill about the music and she brings Layton to the Engine and gives him the choice of slowing the train to find the source of the signal or continuing on to maintain speed and power production. He chooses to slow the train.
LJ and Osweiller meet in the Black Market where he teaches her how to peel an egg.
When they are able to see the source of the signal, Cavill realizes that Mr. Wilford is alive and on board Big Alice, a prototype supply train. They try to outrun her but Big Alice latches on and then begins to hack the controls.
Layton drags Pike out to The Tail with others to meet the boarding party. Ruth arrives to greet and welcome Mr. Wilford.
Cavill goes outside the train to try to cut the uplink. Big Alice's system take control and apply the brakes to Snowpiercer. The hatch in the Tail opens and a girl boards, informing them they have thirteen minutes to surrender and identifying herself as Alexandra Cavill.
On Snowpiercer Season 1 Episode 10, the aftermath of the war is traumatic. Layton and Cavill must hold it together for the survivors while a new order is established.
