First Class meets with Commander Grey to discuss overthrowing the Cavill and the governance of the train but Colvin informs Cavill of their plans in exchange for renovations to his carriage.
Josie receives a message in The Tail from Astrid calling her uptrain to meet Terence and gain access to The Drawers in hopes of finding Layton.
Cavill and Bennett have stress sex but Javi knows what's going on.
During the trial, Roche testifies that they found the victims' penises in LJ's jewelry box and Jinju testifies that Erik was completely controlled by LJ.
LJ testifies that Erik controlled her and forced her to watch him do horrible things. She also discloses that Sean Wise, before dying, confessed to being a spy for Mr. Wilford. She hints that she knows about The Drawers.
While the tribunal deliberate, Cavill sends instructions to the Engine.
The tribunal finds LJ guilty on all charges but Cavill's instructions have Mr. Wilford commute the sentence.
With Terence and Annie's help, Josie gets into the Drawers but then they abandon her. She finds Layton but Till and Osweiller find her. Till knocks out Osweiller to help Layton and Josie to Zarah's quarters in the Chains. When she returns, Osweiller is gone.
Layton dreams of killing and eating the heart of the kill cult leader and then wakes up in Zarah's quarters.
