Nancy heads to the hospital with the kids and Jonathan. 

However, she finds that her co-workers are there and they are under the influence of the Mind Flayer. 

She and Jonathan fought them off, ultimately killing them. However, they turn into goo to become on of the new monsters. 

Eleven manages to knock it out the window in the nick of time, saving everyone. 

Meanwhile, Hopper and Joyce find themselves in an underground bunker under one of the houses connected to Starcourt. 

There, they fight off a group of Russians before taking a prisoner: Smirnoff. 

They head to Maury to find out what the man is saying. 

Elsewhere, Dustin recruits Erica to climb through the overheard passage to find a way into the loading bay. 

She agrees, but she calls it child endangerement and says that she wants something in return. 

She says a year's supply of ice cream would do the trick.
