Harvey and Jessica fight over the direction of the firm on the Season 2 finale of Suits. The battle gets heated when Harvey goes above Jessica's head and makes a wager with Darby, only to find himself up against a wall that he can't quite break through without violating ethics laws.

Louis meets his match in Nigel Nesbitt, an efficiency analyzer at Darby's firm. They get off to a rocky start, but eventually comes to see each other eye to eye. When Louis has the chance to save both their jobs in a report, un-trusting Louis chooses himself over Nigel, much to his regret, but much too late.

Rachel enlists Mike to help her figure out a way to reverse Harvard's decision, forcing Mike to make a choice between telling Rachel the truth and losing her.
