Harvey decided he wanted to make a big move after taking on Jessica's role and wanted to get rid of the firm's longest serving client.
Louis was worried about the move because it could mean the destruction of the firm. Harvey spoke to Jessica about it and the pair bickered.
He was later cornered by Katrina who revealed that making Donna a senior partner would dilute the farm and make it less lucrative.
Harvey then told Donna he was not making her partner and she countered, saying that she knew he wouldn't. Her plan all along was to become COO and she got her wish.
Mike found himself in trouble when a lawyer said that he was a fraud in court and it immediately cast a dark cloud over his name. Rachel stepped in to help, but Harvey told her to let him deal with it.
In the end, Mike got the upper hand and won the case.
Harvey and Jessica made things right with one another.
