We pick up right where we left off with Kara and J'onn discovering the pod. A man is inside. 

Kara and J'onn arrive at another DEO location where Alex and Winn are investigating the man. 

Cat gives Kara two days to figure out what job she wants.

James arrives at Kara's for their first official date with pizza and pot stickers. They watch the launch of a rocket on TV. The news talks about an explosion, and Superman and Supergirl both come to the rescue.

Kara brings Superman to the DEO. Winn geeks out, but J'onn is clearly less enthused. Alex asks him about it, but he blows her off.

Kara brings Clark to CatCo. Cat apparently really likes Clark and gives him a tour.

Alex discovers that there was one seat booked on the Venture that wasn't used, for Lana Luther. Clark and Kara go to ask Lana if she had anything to do with the explosion. She denies it, and gives them a drive to help their investigation.

J'onn admits that he and Superman don't get along because he kept kryptonite for protection against evil Kryptonians.

Winn discovers Lana was actually the target. Kara saves her from a second attack. 

Alex fights Corbin, and Lana ends up shooting him. 

Kara tells Cat she wants to be a reporter. 

Kara tells James that they are best as friends. 

Clark tells Kara that he wants to stick around for awhile. 

Corbin is alive and inside Project Cadmus.
