Castiel is called to the hospital after Claire gets into an accident.

She teams up with Sam, Dean and Castiel to track down the angel.

They find Amelia, but she is later stabbed by the angel.

Amelia is reunited with Jimmy in Heaven.

Claire kills the angel.

Claire is going to a halfway home for girls and gets a send off from Sam, Dean and Castiel.
