The employees debate whether Zephra is good or bad after Amy helps them set up a charity event. 

Cheyenne expresses her money problems to Glenn. 

A woman named Isabel comes to interview Amy for a profile.

Jeff visits from corporate and gives Amy a hard time after she finds out that she set Mateo up with her brother.

Sandra accuses Jonah of flirting with an older lady when trying to get her to donate to charity.

Glenn leaves a Zephra care package for Cheyenne anonymously, and is guilted into secretly stealing packages for everyone. 

The customer from earlier comes back and asks Jonah to go out for coffee, which he hesitantly agrees to, much to Sandra's dismay. 

After realizing the packages are missing, Amy accuses Jeff of stealing them to get back at her. 

Jonah has coffee with the customer, but explains he was only trying to be friendly earlier. The woman is offended. 

Everyone realizes it was Glenn who stole the packages for the employees and Amy demands he get them all back. 

Jonah refuses to talk to customers at the checkout after what happened. Jerry shows up to tell him off. 

Isabel takes a picture of Amy handing a care package to Cheyenne, but they worry the photo will reflect on Zephra poorly.
