The castaways return from tribal council. Xander is pleased with his idol fakeout. Evvie explains to Xander why she told Deshawn about Xander's idol. Liana is disappointed she got played. Evvie is disappointed that her relationship with Liana is now irreparably fractured.

Evvie checks in with Deshawn to work on their relationship. Evvie attempts to ingratiate herself back into the tribe but feels awkward. She suspects that the Yase tribe is done. 

Tiffany tells Liana that Evvie was playing all the sides. Xander tells Shan he's open to working with anyone. Evvie tells the same to Danny. Tiffany also talks to Deshawn. Xander speaks to Liana, then Deshawn. 

Erika, Deshawn, and Heather go for a walk. Deshawn stresses that he doesn't want to work with any of the Yase tribe.

Jeff hides an advantage at the sit-out bench. The castaways arrive, and Jeff explains the reward challenge. They will be divided into two teams of five (one person will sit out). They will dive into the water to collect puzzle pieces and then put together a pyramid puzzle. The reward is grilled cheese sandwiches. Erika once again draws the grey rock and sits out. Xander offers to swap spots with Erika, and Jeff allows it. Xander sits out.

The two teams are neck-and-neck, but at the puzzle, Evvie gets it done in a matter of seconds, describing how she remembered it from watching a previous season of Survivor. The castaways leave. Jeff finds the advantage still under the bench and pockets it.

The castaways return to camp. Erika notes that she's been craving a sandwich and chips this whole time. The winners take the food away so as not to eat in front of the losers. Tiffany complains that her "team" was similar to the last time they drew rocks, and it's unfair.

Shan is disappointed in their loss and gets emotional. Liana and Xander get emotional as well. 

Shan tells Liana that she wants Evvie out. Evvie is a threat due to being a superfan. Shan runs this past Naseer and then Xander and Liana. In a confessional, Xander explains that he chose the sit-out bench because it can be useful to get left with the losers. Xander says he's open to voting for Evvie. Liana feels like she could potentially still work with Xander. 

Naseer picks some papayas and feeds them to the rest of the group that lost the challenge. The winners return. Ricard takes a bit of papaya and eats it. This hurts Shan. Ricard worries that Shan is growing to resent him. 

The castaways arrive at the immunity challenge. They must stand in a frame holding block of wood on their head. Jeff offers a portion of rice to anyone who wants to opt-out. He also says if several people collectively opt-out, he will give them enough rice for the whole tribe for three days. They negotiate that five people must sit out. Shan offers to sit out, as does Naseer. Xander says if Jeff will take four instead of five, he'll sit out. Jeff agrees. Ricard steps forward, cementing the deal. 

Everyone participating gets into position. Deshawn and Erika are out immediately, followed quickly by Erika. Danny drops, leaving Liana, Heather, and Evvie. At three minutes, Liana drops. Heather drops at four minutes -- Evvie wins individual immunity. 

Liana pulls Xander aside. Her plan is to get Xander to play his idol unnecessarily and for Tiffany to go home. Naseer, Danny, Shan, and Richard agree that it should be Xander or Tiffany. Naseer feels secure with his alliance and idol.

Danny suggests to Shan that they split between Naseer and TIffany. Deshawn agrees. Shan insists Xander is the bigger threat. 

Deshawn takes Shan aside and tells her she needs to "absorb" his opinion. Shan asks for clarity. Deshawn explains how she shut down his idea of taking out Naseer. Shan says she will listen better.

In a confessional, Shan admits she can see the draw for voting for Naseer but would rather control the vote herself. Shan speaks to Erika and Ricard, wanting to flush Xander's idol. When Xander approaches, Shan suggests voting for Naseer.

Shan tells Naseer she's told Xander to vote for him. Naseer is displeased at having his name used, saying they should tell Xander they're voting for Heather. Liana and Shan tell Xander to vote for Heather.

Xander checks in with Erika and Ricard, asking if it's Heather, but they're confused. Xander approaches Tiffany, saying he thinks it could be either of them. He tells her first it was Naseer and then Heather. 

Tiffany approaches Danny, who says it could possibly be her. Tiffany talks to a variety of players. Erika approaches Heather, telling her that her name got thrown around. When Heather confronts Shan, Shan insists it was just something to tell the real targets -- Xander and Naseer. Heather is concerned they will both play idols, and she'll get sent home.

At tribal council, Jeff asks about the food, citing Shan, Naseer, and Xander's willingness to negotiate and give up immunity for their tribe's food. Jeff asks Heather why she participated, and Heather replies that it is because she is scared. Tiffany says the same. Evvie notes that no one is telling them who to who vote for. Danny says he doesn't know what to believe with the remaining Yase tribe members. Evvie explains that they would have thrown her under the bus if not for Sydney. 

Jeff says it's time to vote, but Heather asks if she can do some whispering. First, she goes to Tiffany, then Erika, then Evvie, telling them to vote for Naseer. Ricard tells Xander to play his idol. Liana tells Shan Heather is trying to change to vote to Naseer. Shan tells Liana they should vote for Heather. Deshawn tells Heather he needs to stick with his original plan. Shan calls Evvie over, and Tiffany follows. Shan tells them they should just vote out Heather. Deshawn is at first reluctant but then agrees. Shan checks in with Deshawn. He says he doesn't want to vote Heather but he will.

The tribe votes. TIffany is voted out 5:2:2:1. Xander and Heather each get two votes, Naseer receives one.
