On Switched at Birth Season 4 Episode 5, we begin where we left off with Bay waking up naked next to Tank and not having any idea how she got there. Bay tries talking to Tank, but the only thing he can provide is they were both really drunk and they did sleep together. Tank is extremely nonchalant about the entire thing, but it is clear Bay is wanting answers. 

Bay goes to Regina for advice and during this talk Regina brings up the fact that what happened was in fact rape. Regina explains that when a person is so drunk they are blacked out or don't remember things how could they give permission to have sex. Bay at first doesn't want to believe her, but as she thinks about it more she feels even more violated. Bay again talks with Tank and tries to tell him she never gave him permission and never said she wanted to have sex, but Tank counters she was into it and she was a willing participant. Tank gets angry with her and tries to convince her that what they did wasn't wrong, but Bay tells him he took advantage of her and runs out of the apartment.
