On Switched at Birth Season 4 Episode 11, Bay continues to spiral out of control and can't seem to let go of her heartbreak over Emmett. Kathryn tried to get through to Bay and convince her she needs to get out and take her mind of him, but it's not until Daphne invites Bay out for a night of dancing that she finally gets out of bed.

At the club, Travis gets Bay to dance with another guy and for a few minutes she's having fun until she sees visions of Emmett and she can't take the memories anymore and leaves. Travis follows after her and he explains he knows exactly what she is going through and what she needs to do is slowly let go. Bay decides to go over to Melody's and give her the box of things she kept of Emmett's, but things go from bad to worse when Bay gets angry after Melody tells her things when Bay and Emmett were strained before everything happened with Tank. Bay leaves, but again sees visions of Emmett and her, but this time she confronts the visions and realizes she is going to be OK. 

Regina does some digging into Eric's past and finds out his wife, Hope, is still alive and living in Atlanta, Georgia. As Regina does more digging she finds a wanted photo with Eric and Will's photos on them, but with different names. Regina confronts Eric about this information and he admits he took Will away from Hope because she uses drugs and has an abusive boyfriend. Eric tells Regina the only reason he took Will is because he went to Hope's house one day, she was passed out on the floor with a needle in her arm and Will was hiding behind a trash can. Eric didn't want his son to live in fear and decided to run. Eventually Regina, after talking with Kathryn, understands Eric did what he thought was best for Will and she decides to keep his secret.

Meanwhile, Daphne comes upon Lily in the bathroom and it appears Lily has been crying. When Daphne confronts her about it, Lily admits she found out she was pregnant, but wants to keep it a secret. Later on, Daphne goes to check on Lily who took a sick day from work and finds out the child Lily is carrying has downs syndrome.
