After he tells Stiles all about his regret at finding his sister too late, we see a flashback that shows Theo watching as his sister dies due to hypothermia in the lake below. Talk about twisted. Back at the school, Malia, Lydia, and Scott are all under attack, and things get really violent. Oh wait, just kidding! It's all a distraction in the form of a dream while the Dread Doctors kidnap Liam and Hayden. After hallucinating making out with Lydia and then some burned woman, Parrish is back in his chimera body snatching mode. He fire punches Theo and then trashes Stiles' jeep before making off with the body. Melissa and the Sheriff figured out that all the chimeras were chosen by the Dread Doctors because they were already genetically chimeras. Melissa's day gets even better when she comes home to find the body of a dead chimera in her kitchen. It kinda clashes with the decor a bit.
