It's been 97 years since the Earth was contaminated by nuclear radiation. Human life continued on the Ark, which is a structure of combined space stations.

Resources aren't enough to support the life living on the Ark, so the leaders decide to send 100 kids under 18 down to Earth to find out if it's inhabitable.
