Alison and Athena are talking, but the latter's phone keeps ringing. Athena answers and says to never call the number again. 

Alison does some digging and learns that her father has been calling her number ... confirming that Athena knew the truth about her father all along. 

Alison visited him and learned that he only wanted to speak to her to get a kidney. This sent Alison into a spiral as she turned to her mother for answers. 

Athena said that she was sexually assaulted on his yacht, but opened up about him saving Alison several years later. 

Alison turned to Ben, but her day went from bad to worse when she learned that Ben had a family and she was once again the other woman. 

She went on a flight to meet Noah, but a man on the flight tried to touch her inappropriately and she flipped out. She was arrested and Noah had to bail her out. 

They subsequently went to Helen's when Alison took a panic attack, and Helen told her she should stop playing the victim card. 

As for Noah, he helped Janelle keep her job, but he also crossed the line with Anton by sharing his essay with his mother.
