Sheldon films his last "Fun with Flags" episode with Amy and showcases some of the highlights from the over 200 episodes. He doesn't let go of the one time that Amy forgot to start the camera and the episode was never recorded. She finally yells at him about it. Levar Burton shows up as a guest on the final episode in exchange for Sheldon erasing his phone number.

After publishing the final episode, Sheldon is distraught that no one has left any comments. His first comment was from a fan sad the series was ending, so Sheldon immediately decided to continue the show. He goes to Levar Burton's house to invite him on the show.

While Sheldon was filming "Fun with Flags," Howard, Raj and Leonard cleaned out the office of a deceased professor. They lamented the lack of any great achievement by the scientist. They wondered if they would leave the same way. Howard kindly reminded them he was already taken care off since he went to space.

Leonard finds a bottle of champagne from the professor's mother. It was to be opened when he succeeded. That only added to their sadness. When they find a book of numbers, they wonder if it's something important. They go to the professor's office mate to find out and he reveals it was just a food diary. The guys decide to open the bottle of champagne when they achieve something great.

Leonard goes home and when he's in the kitchen, Sheldon pops up the champagne. He doesn't plan on drinking it, he just wanted to hear the pop.

Penny and Bernadette attend a work party. Dan's not thrilled when he finds out Bernadette is there. Penny tells her that she's mean sometimes. When Bernadette tries to apologize to Dan, she finds out that everyone's afraid of her and has been giving her special treatment. She cries in order manipulate Dan into letting her keep the privileges.
