Sheldon's computer is dying, and Amy talks him into getting a new one. After his dies, she takes it upon herself to buy him a new one.

He's hesitant at first, but he realizes it's a good one after all.

Still, he doesn't want to get rid of his old one, and Amy doesn't understand why.

Meanwhile, Penny and Bernadette bring lunch for Howard and Leonard who are working in the engineering lab on their prototype.

The ladies end up helping out while Leonard and Howard head out to get more solder for the project.

As Howard and Leonard are on their way to get the solder, they get the opportunity to screen an upcoming film. They decide to do it and lie to their wives.

What they don't know is that Raj also came to the engineering lab, and is with the women when Howard texts him about the film they are about to see.

Sheldon shows Amy why he doesn't want to get rid of his computer. He takes her to his storage building, where he keeps everything he has ever owned. He has apparently never thrown anything away.

Penny, Bernadette, and Raj plan to trick Leonard and Howard to make them feel bad, but when they get back, they tell the truth and bring the women flowers.
