Dembe gets an address for the sniper from a woman he knows who runs a gun range. Dembe sneaks up on him after they've been shot at. Reddington recovers an envelope from Dembe's apartment. Aram interrogates the shooter about his therapy appointments and attempts to get him to turn on Sand. She can't get a three-man team to work together. Vito gives Sand a young thug, Dante, to take the place of the reluctant one. The hitman sets up Sand to be captured. Harold's friend Lew falsified the ballastics report on Cooper's gun. Red has a forensic specialist to see if Liz's fingerprints were on the letter's envelope. Dembe figures out that Dante is Sand's son. Vito kept Dante out of prison and agreed to keep Dante out of harm's way. The team that include Dante is after an informant being held near an abandoned building. The Task Force figures that out and gets there in time to stop them. Aram pulls in Dante and he and Sand get immunity agreements to testify against Decanio. Raymond intercepts their transport and makes Sand an offer. Vito is taken into custody but Sand and Dante have disappeared. Reddington wants Sand as his personal therapist for three months. Dembe gave the envelope to Liz before her death. Harold gets a threatening call from Coster's killer.
