Weecha informs Red that his tech expert discovered that the tracker inside Liz also monitored medical data. She sent the tracker to his medical expert Herbie, who isn't answering calls, which concerns Raymond. Sen. Pennington shows up at Reddington's trailer. Her daughter-in-law Shiela has been missing for three weeks. Shiela turned up after being starved and tortured and is now comatose. Panabaker and Red involve the Task Force. Shiela carved women's names into her own leg. The other two missing women were involved, as was Shiela, with the Tiny Fighters Foundation. The women were taken just after their children were profiled on the foundation's web site. Herbie hadn't been answering calls because he was stressed from having to care for his crying infant. The Task Force can't reach Mary Sutton because she's at a hospital with her daughter Sarah. Mary is almost abducted just as Dembe and Ressler arrive. Herbie identifies the manufacturer of the drug injector, who sent it to an address in rural Virgina. Dembe and Ressler find dying women and arrest Nurse Binstock. The abducted women were infected with the same condition as their children. Panabaker has Teddy question Binstock. Teddy reveals that all the mothers suffered from Munhausen by Proxy, keeping their children sick. Sutton removes Sarah from the hospital. Binstock's accomplice is Eva Mason, whose sister Chelsea was killed by their Munchasen mother. The Suttons are hiding out at a spa in Delaware and Mason is stalking them there. Ressler and Dembe burst in as Sarah and Mason have guns drawn. Sarah shoots and wounds Mason. Panabaker takes her granddaughter Charlotte out to eat while the FBI arrests Shiela. Andrew Kennison, the same man Harold's blackmailer insisted be made to disappear, developed the tracker found inside Liz. The Task Force throws a sobriety party for Ressler.
