The Bold and the Beautiful
Episode Recap, 3/19/2008

Today on The Bold and the Beautiful, Brooke stops by Ridge's office and resents it when he fears that something has gone wrong. Taylor complains about the terrible year she's having and badmouths Brooke. She adds things are actually going okay for her. Ridge is surprised but then Taylor changes topics and urges him to go back to Ashley, warning him that if he marries Brooke, he will be miserable for the rest of his life.

Brooke overhears this and lays into Taylor for badmouthing her until Rick enters and orders her to back off. Ignoring him, Brooke continues to attack Taylor until Rick points out how many people Brooke has hurt in her search for her "destiny." He defends Taylor and then stuns Brooke by confessing he loves Taylor.

He then kisses her as his mother stares in disgust. Eric visits with Bridget in her office at the hospital and admits he's concerned that Nick might hurt her again. Bridget insists that she is the perfect woman for Nick and his son though she points out that Nick isn't even divorced yet.

Katie boasts that she's a big Laker fan after growing up in L.A. and refuses to leave when he hints her time is up. She presses him to reveal what happens next for him and Bridget. He responds that he doesn't know if he can give Bridget what she needs and then points out it's obvious why Katie is still single. Calming down, Nick worries that he might hurt Bridget again and then wonders aloud if Katie might be better for him.
