Recap

Butcher is reading a note written in red crayon as he recalls seeing Rachel again.

Now he's flat on his back on the pavement with plans flying overhead. He's in the middle of a Tony Cicero's parking lot. He's in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He grabs a menu and red crayon at the restaurant when he sees himself on the news. Wanted.

Kikomo is still trying to get Frenchie to understand Boy.

Hughie is not happy to have Butcher back. And Homelander isn't too pleased with his son, Ryan.

Homelander plans on intruding into Rebecca's life.

The Deep is sitting with Carol trying to understand what the fuck she wants from him when Archer comes back with two more six packs of Fresca.

It's all about Girl Power in The Seven with the addition of Stormfront. Starlight is doing commercials getting ready for the big introduction.

Maeve gets an upsetting call. Family emergency.

At the funeral for Susan Raynor, the Grace spots a fruit bouquet next to the casket.

Butcher is in Grace's car when she opens the car.

Grace wants to turn in Butcher for Grace's death.

The last time The Deep did shrooms, he was at a Goo Goo Dolls concert, so he's hearing it now. There is a voice coming from under his vest. It's his gills in Patton Oswalt's voice.

The Deep has spent his life violating women's bodies because he can't accept his own. Oh, his real name is Kevin.

Maeve is in street clothes looking up at one of her signs on the side of the building.

Her ex is in the hospital with a burst appendix.

Starlight and Stormfront are on a press junket, and it's enough to make you want to gouge your eyes out.

Ashley has a conniption when Stormfront answers realisitically. Stormfront eventually asks if they want girls to be better heroes, how about starting with some pockets?

A-Train interrupts the junket. He's out of his coma.

A-Train is even worse than he was before he got pounded.

Hughie really liked Billy Joel. Even his more obscure stuff.

Butcher returns. If they get the supe terrorist, he says, Grace will scrub their records.

Deep's gills try to get him to accept himself, even going so far as singing you are so beautiful.

A-Train spots Starlight getting the V from Gecko, but she's managed to hide it somehow.

Homelander is busy pretending Rebecca's milk is breast milk while he searching all around her house.

Rebecca has dropped of Ryan for a piano lesson, and she races back to a remote location and demands to see Doctor Park.

She made a deal that she'd be protected. They've decided to stop antagonizing Homelander.

Maeve cannot get out of her own head to let her ex in which is why they broke up in the first place.

She tells her what Homelander did to someone she sat next to at a party one time. He does things and makes her do terrible things. That's why she's not in a relationship.

Homelander admits to Ryan that he never had a dad or a mom. It's hard being superior to every single other person on the planet. It's isolating. Gods shouldn't have to feel that kind of pain, he says.

Homelander even manages to turn off his own son.

Homelander tells Ryan he loves him and reminds him that he can say it back.

The Female was trying to tell Frenchie about her brother.

Butcher tells the gang about Becca including that she has Homelander's son.

Kikimo and her brother are talking on a swingset. She's telling him how she got here. It was very unpleasant. She's the big sister. She should have gone back for him, but after what they made her into, she didn't want to.

They dosed him with V too because it worked on her.

A-Train is in Starlight's apartment and finds her texting Hughie and her V. They taunt each other. She doesn't think he's going to say a word because he killed his fucking girlfriend.

She gets her V back.

Kikomo learns her village was destroyed. Atrocities all over. Shining Light is who he believes over his sister.

He was a sweet boy, but now he's hardened. She grabs his arm, and he punches her through the air.

To get away, he tosses her clean up in the air and through a brick building. She gives him a chokehold and the boys arrive.

The boy is the terrorist that they need to bring into the group to get Rebecca back.

Butcher punches Hughie in the face.
