Lea loves their "married people" plates. She thinks they should have a dinner party since they have six plates. Shaun vetoes the idea of inviting Park and Morgan.

Meanwhile, Lim wants the M&M report on her surgery so she can do her own review of whether Shaun did anything wrong.

Jordan and Asher talk about a guy Jordan has a crush on. The guy is in the locker room.

A woman comes into the ED. She is delusional and thinks the doctors are trying to kidnap her.

Shaun and Morgan see a woman with an ankle injury who is a famous marriage counselor. The woman appears to be having memory issues.

There are options as far as Kate's wrist injury. A shorter surgery could have more complications but Kate is supposed to be in a rehab center next week. Her father thinks she needs to go to the rehab center. Kate's mother says it's her decision. Her husband won't come home if Kate does.

Andrews checks in with Glassman about Lim.

Shaun calls everyone in because he wants to know about their divorces.

Park says Morgan is a pathological narcissist. Shaun is taking notes. Lim says talk to Lea about your marriage and adjourns this meeting. Asher returns with the brain scan. Shaun calls Andrews back to look at it.

Shaun has found a brain tumor. The patient decides she wants surgery as her life's work is not done yet. Shaun says that was good to hear.

Lea walks in during the test and Shaun announces that the patient is a marriage counselor. Shaun has made a list of habits of Lea's that could become a problem. Lea and Shaun fight about Shaun not liking how Lea washes dishes.

Kate wants to go home. Jordan offers sedatives. The mom wants her out of the restraints. Jordan refuses.

Lea and Shaun keep arguing. The counselor asks if  Lea likes washing dishes.

Asher keeps bothering Jordan about her crush.

The patient now gives Asher and Jerome a session and Asher says they don't have enough sex because Jerome is always tired when he gets home.

Lim has found out that Shaun overrode Glassman's plan. Glassman defends Shaun. Lim acts like a lawyer and tries to get Glassman to say Shaun made a bad call. Glassman tells Lim that Shaun saved her life and walks away.

Shaun does the dishes while Lea folds clothes. Now he has a critique of how Lea folds shirts. She tells  him to fold the shirts himself.

Jerome and Asher have sex in the on-call room.

Kate's parents ask for the head of security. Kate is gone.

A doctor admits she took the restraints off at the mother's request.

Shaun is all happy during surgery and thinks last night went great. The patient starts crashing, ending that conversation.

The doctors can't figure out what happened as the patient didn't have heart issues.

Kate is found sitting in the chapel and singing. She says she is working on her solo. Her mother tries to get her to go back to her room. Kate says lying down makes her head hurt but lets her mother walk her out. Kae says she has glue on her feet to stop her from running.

Park does a CT exam and finds Kate has hydroencephalus. All the doctor have missed it before.

Shaun talks to the patient. She died and saw him doing compressions and saw her husband. Shaun asks her to describe the vision she saw. Bryce thinks it's a near death experience. Shaun says this is proof of something else wrong with her brain.

Asher doesn't think what the patient saw was real because it's cliche. Shaun thinks there's another tumor and that they need high resolution images. Asher feels a need to text Jordan that Bryce believes in G-d and is thus her dream man.

Park says Jordan is off target. Also it was wrong to release the restraints even if that led to this discovery. They find a lot of fluid in the brain. The brain damage may be irreersible.

Shaun texts Lea to come see him so he can ask if she was mad last night. Lea says they have to qualify what is an emergency that needs to be talked about. She admists she was frustrated. She says she feels like sometimes Shaun thinks she is doing everything wrong. She loves his brain and doesn't care about laundry and dishes. Shaun is frustrated because he can't find a tumor in Julianne's brain.

Park updates the parents. The mother doesn't appreciate Paul's support now when he threatened to walk out on them.

Shaun is sure there is a tumor even though he can't see one. Julianne is not worried about dying and doesn't want the surgery. Shaun insists she did not see her husband. She says she did and she wants to be with him again. Bryce believes what she saw was real but it isn't her time to die.

There are no signs that Kate is awakening. Park tries to convince the mother to talk to Paul. She's not interested.

Powell tells the mother a story about being afraid of the planes crashing when she was in the service. But they never did because of tailhooks. They don't break until they do. Once one hit her leg and she was in a coma for weeks and her parents fought. She went to med school on one leg and her parents stayed together.

Lim comes to see Glassman. She thinks Shaun's surgery led to her paralysis. She doesn't understand why people were fine with Shaun going rogue. Glassman says Shan did what he thought was best and it shouldn't hurt his career. Lim wants to know what Glassman would have done if he got there earlier? He admits he would have gone back to his earlier plan if he could. Lim thanks him for being with her. Someone sees her side instead of Shaun. Glassman tries to tell her there are no sides but she doesn't think so.

Jordan doesn't approve of Asher having sex in a closet. Bryce gives her food and won't pay her back. Jordan finally admits she has a crush.

Julianna has apparently consented to the surgery now and tells Shaun before she goes under not to stress the small stuff with Lea. Julianna almost immediately begins crashing.  She flatlines and dies. Bryce says she and her husband are together again somewhere. Shaun doubts it.

Kate awakens finally. She asks why she is in the hospital and where Paul is. Paul comes. and they all hug.

Shaun asks Lea to do the dishes while he gets ready for his night call. He gets a sign saying she does everything right and he loves her.

Kate has fully recovered. Powell apologizes for loosening the restraints. Park thanks her for her service. She asks if anyone will ask about her limp. Park says that he stopped Shaun from asking.

Lim doesn't want to hear Shaun blather about Lea. She's angry at him for paralyzing her and only wants to talk about business.
