When Shaun returns from Wyoming, he's confused about his feelings for Lea. Lea suggests they keep to themselves that they slept in the same bed, but he confides in Glassman anyway, who tells him that he needs to make up his mind quickly before something happens.

And finally, Claire's patient is a potential drug dealer who has balloons of drugs in his stomach, but Claire doesn't want him to go to jail, while Park says hospital policy is to call the cops.
