Andrews' ex-wife brings her patient to him. The woman is pregnant with sextuplets and must deliver immediately as one of the babies is so squashed she has no room to breathe.

The sextuplets are 11 weeks early, and two of them need surgical interventions. Each child is assigned a doctor. Only Baby A is healthy enough to meet her mother right away. She is named Abigail.

Morgan and Park are forced to work together with Babys B and C, who are identical twins; they argue about Morgan's plan to find a sperm donor. And Shaun and Perez work with Baby D, but Shaun is distracted by the bad news he and Lea receive at their OBGYN appointment. Finally, Asher and Jerome discuss whether they want kids while tending to Abigail.
