While Kaldrick continues to work on his album, he is plagued by visions of Tariq and challenged by a new, younger rapper named Infinite Jest.  By the end of the episode, Kaldrick is giving away his bling and seeking help at a mission where we come to find out his father works. 

This week, Connor managed to nab Raquel a guest spot on his show as a former girlfriend.  Raquel and Connor's scenes go quite well as they easily act as a couple in love, but when Jennifer Bell comes by the set, Raquel realizes she may be more jealous than she thought she'd be. Jennifer even brings Connor a birthday cake when Raquel didn't even know it was his birthday.  When Raquel suggests they go out for his birthday, he tells her Jennifer is taking him out so they can be photographed together for the first time.  Raquel comes back to the Lux with terrible cramps and walks in alone to the birthday banners she hung up for Connor.

Beth and Simon aren't having the best of luck as their original agency rejects them.  They manage to get into an audition, but Simon doesn't get the part.  Beth is more upset about it than Simon.

Nick and Abbey are having major trust issues as Abby won't make the time for Nick to discuss his job predicament with her.  Both of them are lying to each other or lying by omission and when Sabrina answers Nick's phone, Abby loses all trust with Nick since he never told her they were forced to work with each other.  By the end
