-Jay Banner, a surfer is found dead on the beach but his boat is missing.

-Lisbon runs into Greg, her ex-fiance and his wife Greta.  Lisbon later finds Greg sneaking onto Jay's hidden boat.  Greta had had an affair with Jay and Greg was trying to clean off her prints to protect her from a a murder charge.

-Jay had been searching for sunken treasure and was killed by his partner Lance who wanted the treasure for himself.

-When Summer tries to help Cho's investigation, she ends up stealing cocaine from a dealer and getting beaten.

-Cho breaks up with Summer and sends her to her sister's to try and clean up her life.
