As Jake talks with the nurse working he finds out the women are there so they can give birth in the states so their children can be citizens or have dual citizenship and the nurse confirms their victim was at the ward, but was being seen by the doctor. Jake and Laura are able to track down the doctor, but he is only able to provide the information on who sublets these apartments for the maternity wards. Jake is able to track the man down and he's able to provide the address of the woman who was with the victim the night she was killed and it turns out to be the woman who called in the murder.
