Andy took half the office to Gettysburg for a corporate retreat.  He wants the group to feel like their work is like war, and he is their General.  Instead, they want to watch movies and eat lunch.  Gabe is mistaken for Abe Lincoln, and acts out the story of the former President to a group of tourists.

Meanwhile, Robert asks the half that stayed in Scranton to come up with the next game-changer for the company.  After many duds, Robert takes a liking to Kevin's cookie metaphor for business strategy.  With the help of Ryan, Robert finally figures out that Kevin was merely talking about cookies the whole time.
