Robert California wants Dwight to head a team to go down to Florida on a special project.  Dwight chooses his team, but Andy says no because they're all of his best workers.

They then open it up to pitches for who wants to go to Florida for three weeks.  They agree on Jim, Stanley, Ryan, Erin, and Pam's replacement.  After trying to get them to quit on him for a while, the team comes up with some good ideas for the project, and Dwight realizes they show promise.
