Josh, Marcel and Vincent attempt to clean up the streets, but they are ambushed by the vampires who are intent on causing more death and destruction. 

They send the villains packing, but Emmett makes it clear that he owns the streets at night and they would take out any werewolf. 

This is proven when he sends a civilian into the church to halt the Mardi Gras festivities with a bomb, killing three people. 

The town confirms they are not letting the villains win and stand together with each other, but disaster strikes when Emmett shows up again after asking Vincent to join him. 

Vincent declines, but Emmett and his people disappear and it becomes clear they were there thanks to astral projection. Vincent rushes to the graveyard and finds Ivy lifeless after she and her people drink wine that's been tainted. 

The bomb going off makes Freya realize that Keelin is what she wants and she sets out to propose to her. It all goes down quite well and Keelin says yes without a second thought. 

Declan returned to town intent on finding out what happened to Hayley, but Elijah visits him to take his mind off it. Hope ambushes them and attacks Elijah, but is swiftly stopped by Klaus.
