Brad and Lila are in the trunk of a car and try to find a way out. 

When the car stops, they strike and manage to kill both of their captors. 

However, one of them manages to follow them and Clarke saves them in the nick of time. 

Back at NOAH, Elizabeth's health started to deteriorate and she had to choose whether to die as a human or live as a vampire. 

She chose the latter and it only made Fanning madder as he geared up to find out what he could do change things once again. 

Sykes was booted from the operation, and she joined forces with Clark as they realized it was do or die time.
