When Brandi Glanville won't let Kyle Richards approach her sister Kim, the two get into a shoving match at Eileen Davidson's poker party. It spills out into the driveway where Kim continues to seem incoherent about what is happening as she in turns asks both Brandi and Kyle to stop. Brandi makes her scratch seem much worse than it is until Eileen Davidson makes fun of her for exagerating.

Later, Kyle finds out that Kim's ex-husband Monty brought her to the hospital because she was doubled over in pain but they are still running test and have yet to determine what is wrong. Kyle decides she's not ready to deal with Brandi just yet and ignores her at Lisa Rinna's jewelry show. Yolanda tries to get Brandi to lay off the alcohol at parties but Brandi doesn't think it's a problem for her. Later, Eileen approaches Brandi to say she was upset by Brandi's comments about her home and her cursing while her young son was in the house during her poker party. Brandi apologizes but doesn't really mean it.
