When everyone returns from Boca Raton, Florida, tensions are still running high between the ladies. Melissa Gorga pulls Amber aside to make sure she is OK after Jim's tirade. Amber says she doesn't agree with her husband but they are fine. Later she poses topless to celebrate her fifth year of being cancer free. Jim rents out an art gallery to show off the photos and surprises Amber with a romantic dinner.

Elsewhere the twins fail to invite Amber and Teresa Giudice to Rino's dinner party. They expect an apology from Teresa but when Dina broaches the subject with her friend, Teresa takes offense, leaving Dina worried about a possible conflict heading into her Lady Bug fundraising event for children with cancer.

Richie and Kathy invite Chris and Jacqeline Laurita over as well as Nicole who has heard that Jacqueline is a trouble maker. The two woman end up bonding over their children and the entire party is shocked over the rumor that was spread in Boca Raton about Nicole's mother and Rino.
