- Leela is hesitant with Padma comes across as impulsive while choosing a sperm donor and jumps on the first one she has a good feeling about
- They call Conrad to the nursery/daycare because Gigi's friend Peter has a stomach ache. Conrad takes him to the ER.
- Devon takes the residents to a senior care facility with Bell and Kit so they can get some field experience
- Spencer, Peter's father, says Peter has separation anxiety since his mother left them
- Kit introduces Bell to her mentor Kravitz. A leading mind in gerantology.
- Gloria, Arthur Kravitz's wife takes care of him.
- Kit want to inspore the residents to get into geriatrics
- Gigi shares that Pete's stomach is always hurting which surprises his father
- Gigi also shares that Peter had double vision. Conrad wants him to get a head scan
- Gloria passes out at the facility when they're talking to Arthur and they take her to Chastain
- Arthur is upset that he didn't remember all the medications that Gloria was on. Poly pharmacy means all of the different drugs she's taking having interactions that could cause things like her fall.
- Peter's brain ventricles are too small and his brain is swelling, so they hope to give him something to decrease it. Otherwise, he'll need a surgery
- Padma checks in on AJ. She also reveals that she injected Leela with the hormones, something he didn't realize
- Billie is noticing that Conrad is trying to do everything he can for Peter to avoid a craniectemy.
- Leela investigates the spark bank and sees that that aren't regulated and that there are some lawsuits
- Gloria needs extensive surgery
- Gigi gives Conrad more information to lead him to a diagnosis about how Peter doesn't process protein well and whenhe drank his father's protein shake it gave him more than he could handle. He interrupts Billie before she starts the craionlogy and suggests dialysis.
- Devon and teh resident figure out that Gloria has whipple's disease bu tby the time they get to the OR to tell Bell and Aj about it, Gloria already died.
- Padma finding out that Nolan was one of the super donors and how he lied makes her reconsider things. She asks AJ to be her sperm donor
